Trials and pilots

Pilot firms run the first month at $99. Cancel within 14 days of the first charge and it is refunded in full — no form to fill in, reply to any invoice email.

After the first month

Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, and you keep access to the end of the paid period. Cancel any time from the billing page; there is no notice period and no exit fee.

If the service fails you

If GuardRound loses a record that the product had already marked synced, write to us and we will refund the current month in full. That is a promise about the failure mode this product exists to prevent.
