Terms of service

1. The service

GuardRound is provided by ALGD LTD, 121 Glencam Road, Omagh, Tyrone, BT79 7HB, United Kingdom (company number NI744090), contact support@guardround.app.

GuardRound ("we") provides hosted software for recording guard tours, incidents and daily activity reports, and for publishing read-only reports to a customer's own clients.

2. Your account and your data

You own the records you create. You may export them at any time. We process them to run the service.

3. Availability and the offline store

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis. Records captured while a device is offline are held in that device's own browser storage until they sync; clearing the browser's site data on a handset, or losing the handset, destroys records that have not yet synced. We tell you this plainly because it is the one failure a server cannot repair for you.

4. Fees

The plan is $99 per month for up to 10 guards, billed monthly in advance. See the refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to record data you are not entitled to record, or to publish a client link to people who should not have it. Client links are bearer tokens: treat each link as a secret and revoke a site's link if it leaks.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude liability for consequential loss. We are not liable for evidential weight a court or insurer assigns to your records.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and export stays available for 30 days after that.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
